Disinfectant sanitizer kills bacteria (Salmonella enterica, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa) in 10 minutes using 2 oz. per gallon with 400 ppm hard water and 5 percent soil on hard, nonporous surfaces. It is effective on hard, nonporous, food-contact surfaces and sanitizes in 1 minute using 1 oz. per 4 gallons with 500 ppm hard water (200 ppm active). It sanitizes food-contact surfaces from Aeromonas hydrophila, Campylobacter jejuni, Cronobacter sakazakii, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella eenterica serotype Typhi, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes and Yersinia enterocolitica.
