The cabinet is constructed with a sturdy 18-gauge thick steel double-wall, with 1.5 in of insulating air space for fire resistance. The fully welded, not riveted, construction holds the squareness of the unit for a longer life and offers greater protection in a fire since air gaps are reduced.
Self-Closing Doors for Enhanced Safety
The high-performance, self-closing doors open to 140 degrees, providing obstruction-free access to shelf space. A patented, concealed self-close mechanism ensures the doors close smoothly every time. The self-latching system engages with three stainless steel bullet-slams located at the top, bottom, and center locations of the door.

The cabinet features an innovative U-Loc handle that does not require manual rotation to engage the mandatory latch.
