Unical Enterprises Inc. was incorporated in 1978 as an import/ trading company of consumer electronics, importing telecommunication products and general electronics from Taiwan, Hong Kong and China

In the early 1980's, Unical designed, manufactured and imported telephone products under the brand name "La Phone". Via a network of manufacturers in Asia, Unical was instrumental in bringing quality telephone products according to the latest technologies to the USA marketplace.
